Quotation terms

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST as shown on the quotation. A GST invoice is issued for every order — share your GSTIN before dispatch to claim input credit.

• Validity: the quotation is valid until the date shown on it. Prices and stock can change after that date.
• Payment: as agreed with your Meddey account manager and written on the quotation.
• Dispatch: products in stock are dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
• Delivery: usually 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
• Damage in transit: report it with photos within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
• Returns: eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, as set out in the Meddey Return & Refund Policy.
• Warranty: as per the brand's warranty card. Meddey helps you with every warranty claim.
• Custom-made, printed or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned once production starts.
